The Charles Patrick Memorial Scholarship supports Oregon high school graduates who are Oregon residents and entering their junior year or higher in undergraduate study. Applicants must be enrolled full time at a Title IV-eligible, private nonprofit four-year college in Oregon and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.50. While open to all majors, preference is given to students pursuing degrees in Environmental Sustainability, Land Management, Environmental Health, or other STEM-related fields. Financial need is considered through the required FAFSA or ORSAA. The scholarship is automatically renewable for one additional year for recipients who meet renewal criteria. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
