1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The David A. O'Neil Scholarship is open to applicants worldwide who are members in good standing of SNAME looking to pursue full time graduate studies in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture and/or Ocean Engineering. Applicants must not receive their Master's degree prior to 1 September of the academic year for which the scholarship applies. One scholarship of one year of full-time study may be awarded annually. Although applicants are not required to provide GRE scores, they will be at a disadvantage if they do not do so, regardless of graduate school admission requirements. GRE scores count as much as 15 percent of the application ranking for award consideration. Applications must be received prior to 1 February with all supporting documentation by 15 February.
