1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
CABAA, together with independent vendors FlightSafety and CAE, will award two applicants with advanced training toward a career in business aviation. This year, both awards will be a Citation series SIC course. Preference given to Chicagoland area residents or students. Applicants must hold or will hold a current Commercial Multi-Engine Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating and more than 250 hours total time. Applicants must have no history of aircraft accidents. Applicants must also demonstrate commitment to aviation and a desire to work in the business aviation field. Applicants must include at least three letters of recommendation by people other than the applicant's relatives or students. At least one recommendation letter from an individual currently involved in business aviation outside of the applicant's professors is preferred. Applicants must also be able to participate in a face-to-face interview with the selection committee in June or July 2025.
