The William E. Keene Memorial Scholarship supports students residing in Oregon or Washington who are pursuing careers in public health, with a strong interest in epidemiology. Preference is given to those majoring in public health, epidemiology, environmental health science, health education, health promotion, or health behavior, and maintaining a GPA of 3.00 or higher. Applicants must enroll at least half time at a four-year public or private nonprofit institution and are encouraged to submit the FAFSA, though financial need may or may not influence selection. The scholarship may be renewed annually for up to four years. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.
