The Diana and Leon Feffer Scholarship Fund aims to support residents of Franklin, Hampden and Hampshire Counties. Applicants may be any student who plans to enroll for the upcoming fall semester, in any year of college as an undergraduate or graduate student and who will attend an accredited post-secondary school in the United States.
