1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The PA Ready to Succeed Scholarship (RTSS) Program is administered by PHEAA in close cooperation with the Pennsylvania Department of Education. The program provides awards to high-achieving students whose annual family income does not exceed $175,000. Students must be nominated by their postsecondary institution for participation in the program. Funding is limited for the program and awards are made on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the completion date of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Applicants must have completed at least 1 academic year. There is no separate student application for RTSS. Students will be nominated for award eligibility by approved, participating institutions.
