The Fred Fields Scholarship supports students pursuing technical and industrial careers through Oregon's two-year public colleges. Priority is given to those majoring in industrial mechanics, mechanical engineering, or manufacturing technology, followed by students in broader career and technology fields. Applicants must enroll at least half time and demonstrate financial need through FAFSA or ORSAA. The scholarship is automatically renewable for eligible recipients who continue to meet renewal criteria. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
