The Beacon Brighter Tomorrows Scholarship will be awarded to college-level and graduate-level students who are spouses or legal dependents of an eligible claim. Applicants must be accepted into an accredited post-secondary institution. Applicants must also have a grade point average of "C" or better. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or legal residents.
