The W. C. and Pearl Campbell Scholarship is a one-time award designed to support academically exceptional graduating seniors from Oregon high schools who demonstrate financial need. Eligible applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.85 and plan to enroll full-time at an Oregon college. Completion of the FAFSA or ORSAA is required to establish financial eligibility. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
