The SAME Portland Post Bernard "Bud" Ossey Scholarship is available to students pursuing a degree in aeronautical, biomedical, chemical, civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering. Applicants must plan to attend a public college that offers an accredited engineering program in one of the specified majors. Preference is given to students who are ROTC reservists, National Guard reservists, or prior service veterans. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
