The Friends of Bill Rutherford Education Scholarship is available to high school graduates, including GED recipients and home-schooled students, who are also children of individuals currently serving in the Oregon State Legislature or holding statewide elected office - such as Governor, Treasurer, Attorney General, Secretary of State, Commissioner of Labor, or Superintendent of Public Instruction. Please note that eligibility does not extend to children of those in judicial positions. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
