The NECA Oregon-Columbia Chapter Scholarship is open to dependents and grandchildren of eligible members of the NECA Oregon-Columbia Chapter, as well as dependents of employees of eligible members; preference is given to graduating high school seniors, Oregon residency is not required, and the FAFSA is not required as the scholarship is not based on financial need. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
