The David L. Massee Education Scholarship is for students pursuing trade or vocational programs, is automatically renewable if renewal criteria are met, and does not require the FAFSA as it is not based on financial need. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
