1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Susan R. Meisinger Scholarship for Graduate Studies will be awarded to students with a minimum three years experience in HR and/or minimum five years of total professional work experience (including HR experience). Applicants must be accepted or enrolled in a degree-seeking master's program at an accredited university. Applicants must have at least 50 percent of the degree requirements remaining. The degree program must be HR-related (e.g. psychology, organizational development, MBA). Applicants must have not received another master's degree in an HR-related program. The award is renewable for a second year. Letters of recommendation may be written by work or volunteer colleagues, coaches, professors, etc. but should not come directly from applicant or applicant's family members.
