The Bill, W2ONV, and Ann Salerno Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to those with any active Amateur Radio License Class. Applicants may be residents of any region, pursuing any field of study at an accredited 4-year college or university. Applicants must have a high school GPA of 3.7 or higher. They must have an aggregate income of a family household no greater than $100,000 per year. The recipient may receive this scholarship only once. Applicants must submit transcripts which must cover the applicant's entire high school career to date and, if in college, must include all semesters for which grades have been awarded.
