The Akron Bar Foundation awards law students with scholarships. Applicants must have a demonstrated history of community involvement. They must also have an affiliation with Summit County, either they live or have lived in, attend(ed) school in, have parents/grandparents are from Summit County, etc. Applicants must submit two Letters of Recommendation from people who are familiar with their character (no relatives).
