1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Arthur S. Tuttle Fellowship is awarded annually to up to four ASCE members in good standing who are entering the first year of graduate study leading to a master's degree in any civil engineering discipline. The fellowship supports tuition, research-related costs, and academic fees at accredited institutions. Selection is based on educational plans, academic performance, leadership potential, and financial need. Applications must be submitted online by January 15 and include a signed contact form, a 500-word personal essay addressing financial need and graduate study plans, a detailed budget, transcript, two recommendation letters (including one from faculty), and a one- to two-page resume outlining honors, activities, ASCE involvement, and work experience. Award amounts are determined annually by the ASCE Board of Direction and disbursed directly to the recipient.
