The James Richard Bennett Scholarship provides assistance to students to attend the NICAR Conference, on March 6-9, 2025 in Minneapolis, MN or the IRE Conference, June 19-22, 2025 in New Orleans, LA. Students in Arkansas, Mississippi, Oklahoma or Louisiana. University of Arkansas, Fayetteville students are not eligible.
