The Sarah Bradley Tyson Memorial Fellowship will be awarded annually to a post-baccalaureate, full-time graduate student who is studying, or will study, at an accredited institution in the United States and who wishes to pursue a career in agriculture, horticulture or related fields of study. Preference will be given to a candidate with a strong commitment to their chosen career path as evidenced through the candidate's achievements and work-related, volunteer or other community activities. The fellowship recipient must submit a brief report detailing the results of their work at the end of each semester.
