The Midwest scholarship program will award one Western States scholarship to both those in the field of engineering and non-engineering. The AIST Foundation will forward the scholarship stipend, as a lump sum, to the college or university for deposit in the account of the student. Current resume should be with work experience and any extracurricular activities, noting any leadership positions. If the recommendations are not available by January 31, these will be accepted via email up to February 15. Applicants must be members of the AIST Midwest chapter or the dependent of a member of the AIST Midwest chapter. Two recommendations or evaluations, a brief essay (1 to 2 pages). Copy of SAT/ACT scores for high school applicants, current high school or college transcripts.
