The Pennsylvania Federation of Democratic Women Inc. Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to students who are registered as a Democrat to vote in Pennsylvania. The applicant must be registered in the sophomore or junior class of an accredited college or university pursuing a four-year degree and be in good academic standing. The scholarship award will be used during the recipient's junior or senior year. The applicant must be an active participant in activities of the Democratic Party or possess a Democratic family background. Applicants must submit a letter of recommendation from a faculty member within their major and a letter of sponsorship from a PFDW club president or board member.
