1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Korean-American Scholarship Foundation Northeastern Regional Chapter Scholarships are for students at a school in one of the designated Northeastern region states. Applicants must be of Korean heritage (i.e., have a Korean parent, grandparent, or great-grandparent, or be adopted from Korea). They must be a direct descendant of a Korean-War Veteran who served in Korea from June 25, 1950 to January 31, 1955 (Korean War Era, as designated by the U.S. Dept. of Veterans Affairs). High School Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors scholarships will be awarded based on achievement (not based on financial need). High School Seniors scholarships will be given to those with plans to attend college in the 2023-2024 school year. They must include a copy of their acceptance letter. College Freshmen, Sophomores and Juniors must be attending a school within the Northeastern region. College Seniors must be planning to attend a graduate or professional school in the Northeastern region during the 2023-2024 school year. They must submit a letter of acceptance from the graduate or professional school. Graduate Students must be continuing their studies in the 2023-2024 school year at a school within the Northeastern region.
