1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Aldo Freda Legislative Pages Scholarship will be awarded to students accepted or enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or accredited Rhode Island certificate program who are currently serving as a Rhode Island Legislative Page.
