The Oregon Scholarship Fund - Transfer Student Award Programs are designed to support community college students in Oregon who are preparing to transition into their third year of study at a four-year public or nonprofit institution within the state. Eligible applicants must be currently enrolled in their second year at a community college and plan to enroll at least half-time at an Oregon four-year college. Financial need is a key consideration, as determined by the FAFSA. The award is automatically renewable for students who continue to meet renewal criteria. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
