1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The AFSCME Local 2067 Scholarship will be awarded to members of Oregon AFSCME Local 2067 and their children (or stepchildren), grandchildren (or step-grandchildren), spouses, domestic partners, financial dependents, siblings and parents. Qualifying members must have been active in AFSCME Local 2067 for one or more years as of the scholarship deadline Financial need may or may not be considered but filing the FAFSA is still required. OSAC will automatically receive the applicant's FAFSA record if they are an Oregon resident or a non-Oregon resident with at least one Oregon institution selected on the FAFSA. If the applicant does not fall into either category, they must upload Page 1 and 2 of their FAFSA Submission Summary to be considered for this scholarship. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of four years. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
