The Don Riebhoff Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to those with an active Technician Class License or higher. Applicants must be residents of any region and must be pursuing their education at an accredited post-secondary institution. Applicants must demonstrate interest in promoting Amateur Radio. Preference will be given to an ARRL member. Preference will also be given to baccalaureate or higher degree candidates. Applicants must submit transcripts which must cover the applicant's entire high school career to date and, if in college, must include all semesters for which grades have been awarded.
