The Peter Connacher Memorial Scholarship supports full-time students who are American ex-prisoners of war or direct descendants of former POWs, including spouses, stepchildren, and grandchildren. Preference is given to Oregon residents and their dependents. While financial need is not required, it may be considered with FAFSA documentation. Applicants must submit proof of POW status and documentation of their relationship to the veteran. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
