The Maria C. Jackson/General George A. White Scholarship will be awarded to students who served, or whose parents serve or have served, in the U.S. armed forces and resided in Oregon at time of enlistment. There is no GPA requirement for graduate-level students and students attending a technical school. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of four years. U.S. Bank employees, their children, and near relatives are not eligible to apply. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
