The You've Got a Friend in Pennsylvania Scholarship will be awarded to those with General Class or Extra Class active Amateur Radio License. Applicants must have residence in the Commonwealth of PA. Any field of study at any institution is eligible. Applicants must have an "A" or equivalent GPA, including graded courses in math, science and languages and excluding grades in sports or physical education.
