The Rain Bird Intelligent Use of Water Scholarship was established by the Rain Bird Corporation to recognize an outstanding landscape architecture, horticulture or irrigation science student. Eligible applicants are students in the final two years of undergraduate study (third-, fourth-, or fifth-year students) who have demonstrated commitment to these professions through participation in extracurricular activities and exemplary scholastic achievements. Applicants must submit a bio for the LAF Website. They must describe their background, current educational pursuits, future plans, and any other personal interests or activities. Applicants must also submit a resume or CV in PDF format. It should include the applicant's education, professional experience, extra-curricular activities, and honors and awards.
