1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The EWJ Hitchcock Memorial Scholarship Fund was created in 2025 to continue The Hitchcock Family's passion for education and giving back to the Salinas Community. Applicants must enroll in an in the California State University (CSU) system or Oregon State University, or an accredited trade school. Applicants must also be majoring in Agricultural Business or Agricultural Science, Architecture, Engineering, or Kinesiology. Financial need will be considered, but not required. The applicant must be currently enrolled as a Salinas High School senior. Applicants must submit one letter of recommendation from an employer, teacher, coach, or non-family member.
