1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Home Building Foundation - Gary E. Milgard High School Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors, including GED students and home-schooled seniors, of high schools in Clackamas, Columbia, Multnomah, Washington, or Yamhill County. Preference will be given to students with a GPA of 3.00 or higher. Applicants must major in architecture, construction, engineering (civil, electrical, industrial, management), interior design/architecture, or landscape architecture. Preference will be given to those who will major in architecture and construction. Students may attend any 2- or 4-year, public or private, nonprofit, Title IV postsecondary school in the United States, with preference for Oregon public and nonprofit colleges. Financial need may or may not be considered, but filing of FAFSA is still required. The scholarship may be automatically renewed with completion of the annual renewal application. The scholarship may be received for a maximum of four years. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
