The Margaret Louise Hurst Scholarship will be awarded to students with a high school GPA of 2.50 or higher; or students with a college GPA of 2.67 or higher. Applicants must major in music (instrumental or vocal), or music education. This scholarship is automatically renewable if renewal criteria are met. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
