1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Harold Alfred Wyatt Scholarship No. 2 is for graduates of western Washington County high schools, specifically Banks, Century, Forest Grove, Gaston, Glencoe, Hillsboro, and Liberty, or students who lived in western Washington County but attended a private high school elsewhere. Preference is given first to graduates of Forest Grove High School, then to Banks High School. Eligible majors include agriculture, agricultural business, veterinary science, animal science, forestry and related industries, or science-related fields connected to agriculture, such as botany, biochemistry, plant/animal genetics, and research related to food production. Financial need is considered, and filing a FAFSA or ORSAA is required. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
