The Glenn R. and Juanita B. Struble II Scholarship is open to graduates of Oregon high schools who are pursuing majors in visual or performing arts, business management (with a preference for those aiming to own a business), or mechanical engineering (with a preference for careers in manufacturing). Undergraduate students must enroll full time, while graduate students must enroll at least half time. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
