The Conescu-Doolin Music Education Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors, including graduating GED recipients and home-schooled students. Applicants must major in Music (instruments or voice). Preference will be given to Multnomah County residents. This scholarship is automatically renewable if renewal criteria are met. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
