The Portland Police Association Memorial Scholarship is open to graduates of high schools located within the Portland city limits, as well as GED recipients and home-schooled students who are residents of Portland. Applicants must be pursuing a major in law enforcement or public safety (excluding firefighting). The scholarship may be used at any two- or four-year public or private nonprofit Title IV postsecondary institution in the United States. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
