The Indianapolis Amateur Radio Association Scholarship will be awarded to those with any active FCC-issued amateur radio license. Applicants must have residence in the State of Indiana. If no qualified applicant is identified, preference will be given to applicants from the ARRL Central Division (Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin). Applicants must be pursuing a field of study in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related fields in any institution.
