The Kerdragon Scholarship will be awarded to high school graduates, including GED recipients, who have not yet attended college. Preference will be given to applicants with a 3.00 GPA or higher. Applicants must be fine arts, graphic arts, or photography majors. Semifinalists will be asked to submit images of 5 pieces of art they have produced during the prior four years or video/film work. Applicants should only apply with appropriate portfolio of work for submission. Instructions for submission will be emailed to semi-finalists. Do not send them to OSAC. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
