The BK Krenzer Memorial Re-entry Scholarship was initially funded by BK's (as she was always known in SWE) beloved peers in the Members-at-Large group of SWE. This scholarship is one of the SWE scholarships that support students pursuing undergraduate or graduate degrees in engineering, engineering technology, and fields related to engineering. They must be studying at an ABET-accredited program in engineering, technology or computing in the upcoming academic year. Students who are current SWE Collegiate or SWENext members are highly encouraged to apply and receive additional consideration on their applications. Applicants must provide one reference; either someone who can speak to their academic work, such as a teacher, or someone who knows them well and can speak to their character, such as a coach or supervisor. Collegiate or graduate scholarships are open to undergraduates entering their sophomore, junior, or senior year or pursuing graduate studies.
