The Clark-Phelps Scholarship will be awarded to students pursuing nursing (4-year and graduate level), dentistry (graduate level), or medicine (graduate level). Preference will be given to graduates of Oregon and Alaska high schools. Applicants may attend Oregon public and private universities only. Preference will be given to those who will attend Oregon Health & Science University (including the OHSU 4-year nursing programs at EOU, SOU, and OIT). Students with the intention to work in a rural community are most likely to be awarded. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of four years. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
