The Clark-Phelps Scholarship supports students from Oregon and Alaska pursuing full-time undergraduate or graduate study in nursing or dentistry at Oregon universities, with preference for Oregon Health & Science University and its affiliated programs. Financial need is required, and applicants must demonstrate a commitment to serving rural communities. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
