1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The CFUW Elizabeth and Rachel Massey Award will be awarded to a woman in PhD post-graduate studies in music or visual fine arts such as painting, sculpture, or textile arts, in Canada or abroad. Applicants must be a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada; or have proof of status as a Protected Person from Immigration and Citizenship Canada. Applicants must have enrolled or have been accepted to a graduate study program, at an accredited university, for the 2026-2027 academic year, and be graduating spring 2027 or later. Proof of registration will be required at time of application, transcripts will not be accepted. Applicants who have not yet started their program may submit a letter of acceptance instead. Applicants must also submit two referee assessment forms. At least one of these assessments must be completed by an academic reference. The second assessment can be either from an academic reference or from a person familiar with the applicant's personal history.
