1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Charles T. Stoner Law Scholarship is presented annually to one senior, female collegiate women's basketball player who intends to pursue a career in law. The scholarship is presented by Charles Timothy Stoner, who was the WBCA's first and longtime legal counsel. All senior collegiate women's basketball players who intend to pursue a career in law are eligible to be nominated for the scholarship. Applicants must submit one letter of recommendation, which includes campus activities, academic and athletic honors, and justification for earning this award. The recipient will be selected based on their academic major and grade point average and present season game-by-game statistics. All collegiate head coaches at four-year institutions who are WBCA members may nominate a player on their team who fits the criteria. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.
