Agnes E. Vaghi Scholarship is to be awarded to an outstanding female Italian American undergraduate student majoring in Italian, English, literature or journalism. Applicants must have active NIAF Membership. NIAF memberships are valid for one year from the date of registration. Students may use their parent, guardian or grandparent's membership.
