1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Enid Hall Griswold Memorial Scholarship is awarded to deserving college students enrolled in an accredited college or university in the United States who is pursuing a major in political science, history, government, or economics. At least two, but not more than four letters of recommendation must be submitted by the deadline. Recommendations should convey the applicant's ability, work habits, integrity, character, potential, and volunteer activities. Individuals providing recommendations may include teachers, counselors, instructors, employers, ministers, or personal or professional references (no family members). Applicants must also submit a copy of their proof of United States citizenship: birth certificate, naturalization papers, or information page of United States Passport must be included. If using a passport as proof of citizenship, applicants must cover their photograph. Submitting an expired passport or picture of themselves will result in the application being disqualified.
