1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Denis Gold Hathaway Scholarship was established in November 2023 by Denis' wife, Cindy Iverson. Mr. Hathaway worked for Waste Connections for sixteen years. It is important to Cindy in the memory of Denis to support Stevenson students pursuing vocational or trades training to gain skills for the workforce. The Denis Gold Hathaway Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Stevenson High School who plan to pursue a vocational or trades training program at either a community college, trades school or apprenticeship program. Preference will be given to students pursuing trades in welding, manufacturing, construction, plumbing, electrician, lineman, CDL, other similar types of pursuits; and students with financial need.
