1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
Established by the Rodrigues family, in memory of Acacio "Roger" Rodrigues, scholarships will be awarded to graduating high school seniors or current undergraduate students who reside in eligible counties in New York or Connecticut and who plan to study in a field which will lead to a career in the building or construction industry. These fields include but are not limited to engineering, construction management, electrical construction technology, plumbing and heating, welding and fabrication, etc. This scholarship is renewable for three years. Two current letters of recommendation from teachers or guidance counselor, clergy or persons other than family members who are familiar with the applicant's skills and abilities are required.
