1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Inspired to Serve Scholarship Fund in Memory of Seigo and Hisaye Kagawa was created in 2016 to honor the memory of Seigo and Hisaye Kagawa, and to support a student focused on pursuing a degree in social justice, public or human service, education, or health. The donor requires the applicants to be a resident of the island of Kauai, pursue a master's degree program or doctoral studies, and attend a college or university in Hawaii or on the US mainland. Preference will be given to students who intend to be employed on Kauai or in the State of Hawaii.
