The Russ Legacy Cutler Scholar Award is a discipline-based scholarship available to in-state and out-of-state students. Students must be admitted to the Russ College of Engineering and Technology or a related HTC tutorial degree program. Selection for a Cutler Scholar Award is contingent on admission to an eligible program of study. Students who meet Cutler eligibility requirements will be sent a supplemental application after they have submitted the Common Application, provided they met the initial November 15 Early Action deadline.
