1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Wings Over 35 Scholarship is designed to promote general aviation among men or women over the age of 35 to attain certification as a private pilot. In addition to WAI requirements, the applicant must not hold a private pilot certificate and must have a desire to pursue higher ratings. Applicants must hold at least a FAA Class 3 medical. Applicants must be a current member of Women in Aviation International by October 1, 2024, and their membership must not expire before March 2025. Two professional letters of recommendation are required. Letters may not be from family members.
